Your product must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange for specially ordered products (unless the product is not fit for purpose or faulty) or products which have been modified or used contrary to the product\u2019s care instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assessing Your Return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending us proof of the fault either by sending the physical product back to us or emailing photos.
