PRODUCT DESCRIPTION – cutting boards
We individually hand-craft each serving board from wood sourced by local suppliers. Each board is made with hardwood and finished with non-toxic finishes. We use a range of wood species where the nature and look of the wood adds interest or is complimentary in the final product. Whilst serving boards come in many shapes and sizes, we typically aim for standard 300mm x 400mm size. As wood is a natural product, some projects come out less than the ideal size as defects or undesirable characteristics of the wood need to be trimmed.
Each product we make is guaranteed to be unique due to the nature of utilising natural woods and being hand-made. If you are looking to make a fashion statement whilst serving guests or even as a talking point, then we are excited to provide further information on how we can provide such a product in your dining room or kitchen, We recommend oiling your board every 2 to 3 months with cutting board oil and conditioner to keep it from drying out and keeps it looking like new.

Being end-grain, this ensures enhanced durability as knife edge runs between the grain instead of across, which assists in reducing scratches and preserves the knife edge.
Enhanced with an underside side chamfer to assist in easy handling, this product was finished with Rustins worktop oil. This ensures the product is food safe, water resistant and provides a natural looking finish.
