Exchange & Returns Policy

Ti Tree Designs is committed to genuine customer service.  If you are not happy with a product you have purchased or you have changed your mind, simply get in touch with us in the first instance.

Condition Of Return

To enable us to process your return or exchange we will need some basic details including what the item was, what date you bought it and from where (e.g. Trademe).  If you change your mind concerning a purchase, you will need to contact us and return your product within 28 days at your cost. Your product must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange for specially ordered products (unless the product is not fit for purpose or faulty) or products which have been modified or used contrary to the product’s care instructions.

Assessing Your Return

If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending us proof of the fault either by sending the physical product back to us or emailing photos. Once we have assessed the fault, we will contact you of the outcome and discuss further steps.
